Refund policy

At MostHigh Wear, we want you to love every item you order.
Because our products are made to order and fulfilled through Printify, we follow their policies for returns, replacements, and refunds.


👍 Replacements or Refunds for Damaged Items

We offer free replacements or full refunds if the product arrives damaged, misprinted

To qualify, you must:

  1. Submit a request within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include a clear photo (or video) showing the damage, defect, or issue.

  3. Provide your order number and email used at checkout.

Once approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund—your choice.


🚫 Returns for Buyer’s Remorse

Because each item is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Customer error (e.g., wrong address entered)

Please double-check your sizing and address before checkout.


🚚 Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit:

  • We’ll reship it for free after confirming the tracking shows no delivery.

  • If the address entered was incorrect, we cannot offer free reshipment.
